We have a special interest and expertise in high risk construction management, including possession planning and execution, construction adjacent to operational infrastructure and connection with operational infrastructure.Our expertise in this field is underpinned by our core understanding of the importance of stakeholder and client engagement to ensure our detailed understanding of the risks and requirements allowing us to demonstrate that these are both understood and managed.
Expert and Specialist Advice – we have specific experience of tunnelling in complex ground conditions, underground construction in complex environments, connections with existing infrastructure, traditional hand mining techniques, underpass construction, overpass construction, auger-boring methodologies, ground improvement methodologies, railway embankment stabilisation, trackside drainage and OHLE replacement, quarry stabilisation
Peer Review and Readiness Review – independent assessment of high risk and complex construction sections of works to provide independent assessment on readiness and to ensure all risks have been captured and appropriately managed.We have successfully planned and executed in excess of 300hrs of disruptive possession on operational infrastructure with no impact on said infrastructure.
