We have successfully undertaken the role of stakeholder management including substantial experience with London Underground, London Overground, DLR, TfL, Network rail, UKPN, National Grid, Thames Water, United Utilities, Environment Agency, Port of London Authority and various Local Authorities.

Many projects lose momentum during the final stages of completion and the associated handover, we specialise in the forensic analysis of the handover deliverables, development and execution of strategies for handover throughout the project lifecycle.
